What are the types of irrigation of farmland?

1. Surface Irrigation: This is the process whereby water from streams, rivers and surrounding water bodies flows directly to the farmland inadequate quality without disturbing the quality of the elements in the soil. This can be in form of canals, channels, don’t, ditch, contour ditch and so on. It is just to avoid too much but instead an adequate amount of water.
